Cinnamon Apple Energy Bites

Ingredients (Makes 12 bites)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup Peeled Snacks Organic Dried Apples, finely chopped
- ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (as needed)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the dried apples into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine oats, chopped apples, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add nut butter and honey. Mix until combined.
- Add warm water 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
