Amelia is a devoted lover of Banan-a-peel.
Amelia is best known around the office for her can-do attitude and tempting vegetarian lunches. When Amelia was 12, her family took a road trip to Wisconsin. There she visited a factory farm and her interest in food issues was sparked. After graduating from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Public Health, Amelia headed to New York City to where she received her Masters degree in Food Studies from New York University.
When she is not helping out the Team at the office, Amelia can be found reading the newest bestseller, cooking up a storm in her enormous kitchen, or playing with her sweet pet Rabbit named Bunny.

Ansley loves the tartness of much-ado-about-Mango.
Did you ever wonder how we find our delicious organic fruit? Ansley hits the road to source the tastiest mangos, bananas, apples and more. Ansley has a master's degree in food studies from NYU, making her a certified "Foodie." Before she joined Peeled Snacks, Ansley worked as a consultant, researching new food technologies. She also worked with the non-profit company INFORM Inc, doing research for a short film on beef cattle and the environment. Ansley's path to Peeled Snacks was "organic" since she was already personal fan. Ansley wanted to work at a company where she agreed with the mission- providing healthy food and operating with a conscience.
When Ansley is not tasting fruit or traveling she can be found running in Prospect Park with her adorable schnauzer Tobias, shopping at the farmer's market or writing short stories.

When Cassie is looking to satisfy her very demanding sweet tooth she reaches for a bag of Cherry-go-round.
Cassie, a graduate from Smith College, with her MBA in Finance from Baruch College, loves working at Peeled Snacks because it allows her to bridge her passion for delicious and nourishing food with a socially responsible business. Cassie grew up in a house where she could almost always be found in the kitchen. Whether she was pretending to film a cooking show about her chocolate chip cookies or was simply helping with dinner, she's always loved food. After working as a 2nd grade teacher in the South Bronx, Cassie gained a new perspective on food, as her students drank syrupy drinks they called "juice" and ate snacks loaded with high-fructose corn syrup and oils. After numerous classroom lessons on healthy eating habits, she found a new way to help promote healthy eating by joining the Peeled Snacks team.
When she's not crunching numbers for Peeled Snacks, Cassie can be found at Bikram Yoga, cooking large meals in her tiny kitchen, or out for a run with her dog Roxy. She also loves to read, and to travel and explore new places.

It depends on my mood. I go from much-ado-about-Mango to paradise found to Apple-2-the-core, I find switching it up from time to time keeps it interesting!
As Director of Sales, Dave's mission at Peeled Snacks is to make it easier for our avid fans to find Peeled Snacks wherever they are. Outside of work, Dave keeps active by swimming, biking, running, and chasing his four boys around!

Ian peels with some Pineapple, preferably with coffee (try them together and you'll understand) and sneaks clusters into movie theaters.
Ever eaten at Ian Kelleher's table? If you have, then you know: Ian can make even the toughest, most bitter vegetable taste like ambrosia. That's where Ian's interest in food developed - from trying to feed himself a vegetarian diet that tastes delicious, preferably delicious times 5.
Though no longer a strict vegetarian, Ian's interest in food has only grown as he's gotten deeper into the Peeled Snacks world. Ian handles the sales team and many major relationships, plus he's the proud christener of many Peeled Snacks varieties. He's ESPECIALLY proud of "Go-Figure". Get it? Go "Fig"? Figure? Never mind....
Prior to Peeled Snacks, Ian worked in the computer industry, but his stint as an inner-city school teacher really helped mold his views on food. Where he taught, obesity was the norm, and many of his students subsisted on a diet of Corn Chips and Soda because those are the cheapest foods around (courtesy of the federal corn subsidy, please DON'T get Ian talking about the federal corn subsidy!). Ian hopes that Peeled Snacks can help families make better food choices.
When not working, Ian likes to travel, play with his delightful son and daughter, read historical fiction, and watch historically bad movies.

I can never decide between Apple and Mango as my favorite and normally have a bag of each with me!
Jim has always called California home: born and raised in Oakland, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and currently lives in the Bay Area. His passion for food stems from his 5th generation roots in a Californian ranching family who focus their family gatherings and reunions around food and the scenic backdrop of California. Jim's favorite experiences and memories always seem to include eating delicious food and/or exploring some part of the California wilderness, which led him to the healthy and natural CPG world.
He began his career in staffing, but soon recognized the importance of food in his life, and turned his professional focus to the organic world with a position at Clif Bar & Company where he worked in sales for 5+ years.
When Jim was first introduced to Peeled Snacks, he immediately saw this was an amazing, healthy snack that would fit perfectly into his, and many other Californian's, on the go life style. He is now utilizing his passion for California, the West Coast and great tasting food to launch Peeled Snacks on the West Coast.
When Jim isn't talking about Peeled Snacks, he can be found exploring a new park in the East Bay, relaxing in the Sierras, following anything related to lacrosse or Bay Area sports, or hanging out/eating with his family and friends.

Laura considers herself a fan of much-ado-about-mango one-multiserving at a time.
Laura is an experimental home chef and is known to share the latest pickling project or new produce item she found at the farmers market with the Peeled Snacks team. Laura's passion for food started when she was eight after watching an episode of Full House when Joey was cooking a dish of pesto. During her mom's weekly shopping trip, Laura insisted she loved pesto and that her mom should buy it for dinner. After graduating Liberty University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, Laura jumped right into PR/Marketing for a financial institution. Realizing she needed to follow her passion for food, she changed industries and worked as a Marketing Team Leader for Whole Foods Market prior to Peeled Snacks. When Laura is not planning the next marketing project at Peeled Snacks, she is reading the latest issue of Gastronomica, Meat Paper or Kinfolk to learn about culture, cooking, and people. Laura is passionate about using the highest quality ingredients, sustainability and learning where her food comes from.

Noha enjoys a bag of GoFigure while exploring a farmer's market.
Noha knows just how good, and bad, your food can be. She was raised in the Middle East and Argentina where people live much closer to their food, and therefore enjoy fresher, healthier diets.
She received an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she co-founded the Global Social Venture Competition, a $1.5MM initiative promoting businesses with a positive social and environmental impact. She came up with the idea for Peeled Snacks while working at Unilever's Health and Wellness group where she cut her teeth on huge brands like Lipton Tea and Ragu Pasta sauce.
Noha formed the NY Foodie Companies group with the goal of promoting sustainable local food businesses in the NY area. She frequently speaks on panels and university classes on the topics of social ventures, entrepreneurship, women in business, and today's food industry. Thanks to these endeavors, she's met plenty of other good people who also know how good your food can be.
Noha speaks 3 languages and enjoys traveling, yoga, cooking, and singing with her son, Oren and daughter, Davia. Her favorite Peeled Snack, GoFigure, was inspired by her Mediterranean roots.

Her spikes, not so much.
When Sarah isn't consuming endless amounts of protein shakes, you can find her training at the gym. She also works on her "foodie title" on the weekends by visiting some of Manhattan's finest eateries.
