Your Account is always accessible on your screen, and clicking on it will take you to a page where you’ll be able to change your password, edit billing information, or change any of the shipping information you’ve stored as part of your profile.

Whenever you perform an operation on our site, which requires that we get personal information about you, such as ordering a product or changing your billing address, we ask you to Sign In.

Changing Your Account Information or Password

Be sure when selecting a password to choose a password that’s easy to remember but hard to guess. Please note that your password is upper/lower case sensitive and is required to be at least 6 characters with a limit of up to 16 characters long. Your password can include letters, numbers, and the symbols / . – _ @. You can also select a hint that we’ll display if you forget your password. For your security, don’t write down your password or give it to anyone; no one from Peeled Snacks and WorldPantry.com® will ever ask for your password.

We do our best to make sure that all of the information on this site is accurate. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item may be priced incorrectly.

If the item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, then we will charge you the lower price and ship the item to you.

If the item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, then we will contact you and wait for your instructions before shipping.

Product Availability

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the transit time will be 3-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-6 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-8 business days from the time you place your order.

Our Return Policy

How to Return an Item

Please return items as soon as possible and include a reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.

Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to:

If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.

For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Peeled Snacks or WorldPantry.com®.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.

Express Delivery (3-4 Business Days)

Orders will arrive within 3-4 business days after being ordered. Signature may be required for delivery. Express Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your order to you within the promised timeframe.

NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped via Express Delivery may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular $12.00 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Rush Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days of being ordered. Rush Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature may be required for delivery. Rush Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and international addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your order to you within the promised timeframe.

NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped via Rush Delivery may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular $24.00 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Standard Delivery to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $8.00. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and therefore P.O. Boxes are acceptable. Due to the considerable expense, Express and Rush Delivery are NOT available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

NOTE 1: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular $8.00 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within California.

No sales tax is charged on food items. If an item is a combination of a non-taxable food item and a taxable non-food item, then California state law requires that we collect a prorated tax based on the ratio of the value of the food item and the non-food item.
